Pick up from Trivandrum and transfer to a standard hotel in Trivandrum
Local sight seeing according to the time available.

Pick up from the
hotel / hospital and transfer to boarding in a house boat for overnight cruise
through backwaters of Kerala. Boat will anchor in the Vembanad kayal. whole
night in backwaters.

pickup from the house boat and transfer to
Sreesankara Gardens . On the way lunch at Sree Sankara Ayurveda Hospital in
Changanacherry and visit the Factory producing traditional Ayurvedic
preparations.

workshops on Ayurveda, Kerala cookery or Yoga. and spiritual energy massage.
