Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and treatment
booking by you through this Site. Placing an order with us, by using this Site
you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the
"Terms and Conditions").
We reserve the right to amend/alter/modify
or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a Credit/Debit card only. Your receipt of an
electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to
sell. We reserve the right, without prior notice to accept or decline your
order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Credit/Debit card payments
are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit/debit
card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution
refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at
our option, that any order placed over certain minimum amounts, receive our prior
approval. We also may require additional verification or information before
accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product/service being listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to typographical error or incorrect listing of price
or product/service information due to technical errors, we shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products/service listed at the
incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been
charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit
card account for the amount of the charge.
Product/Service Availability
While we guarantee the availability of our products and services generally,
these items may not be available for immediate delivery subsequent to your
placing the order. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to
revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products/services or
to cancel any order.
Payment
1. Payment of all items purchased/bookings made
Online will be by credit/debit card only.
2. Balance
payment on bookings shall be made at our office at the time of arrival for treatment.
3 On receipt
of your booking a Voucher Copy will be issued online as acceptance
of your booking
Cancellation Policy: Booking
can be made from two years in advance. No
refund for cancellation of bookings shall be made under any circumstance. How
ever bookings once made can be amended /modified and/or extended subject to
availability.
